8 DAY CAMEL TREK CARAVAN FROM MARRAKECH

After breakfast, towards Zagora Ouarzazate (164 km). We cross the mountains of the Little Atlas Tizi N’tanifeft and reach the village of Agdz. We follow the valley of the Draa near the Kasbah, gardens and palm trees to Zagora. At Home, we have lunch and departure by Land Rover 4×4 to reach the foot of the El Gatara pass (50 km) where the caravan we expected for the first bivouac tea, installation, and evening meals in the tent .

Breakfast after the sunrise. Departure of the caravan. We pass by Alaiouj pass and walk until Achgig oasis in the shade of palm trees, we midday meal. Then we start walking about 2 hours in small mountains of Jebel Bani. Installation bivouac in Bouhjib the end of mountains for night.

Departure after breakfast towards the dunes. Meals and lunch in the shade of tamarisk. We leave around 15h and walk more or less 2 hours through small dunes to reach the big dunes Abidlia. Installing the camp.

Departure after breakfast. We continue to walk through the dunes. Lunch in shade of tamarisk. We start again walking around 15h to about 2 hours till the beautiful dunes of Erg Elmhazil. Installing the camp.

Breakfast and departure towards the wadi Laatach. We take lunch in the shade of the dunes and tamarisk. We continue our hike through the river and the dunes of Bougaren. Installing the last camp.

Breakfast and transfer to the first village in the valley of the Draa M’hamid with Land Rover 4x 4 passing by sandy track. We continue along the paved road along the valley to Zagora where we take our last meal. Transfer to Ouarzazate then we spend night in the hotel.

After breakfast we start our trek back to Marrakech.
