PROGRAM FOR 7 DAY TOUR FROM CASABLANCA

DAY 1 : CASABLANCA- FES


Our private Morocco tour from Casablanca starts today and we will meet you in Casablanca airport and drive to Fes which will take about 4 hours and a half. If we have enough time we can make shirt stops in Rabat and Meknes  to see their monuments. We continue to Fes where you may enjoy the evening in medina walking narrow streets, Night in a local riad (traditional Moroccan house) in Fes.


DAY 2 : FES WALKING TOUR - SIGHTSEEING


After breakfast , you will start exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco, built during the 14th century. We will ensure that you visit all sites with cultural and historical interest including the famous Al Qaraouine University, considered the oldest one in the world, the Tanneries, and Mulay Idriss mausoleum. After full day of exploring Fes we stay overnight in local riad (traditional Moroccan house).


DAY 3 : FES - MERZOUGA +CAMEL RIDE AND NIGHT IN A CAMP


Today we continue our private tour from Casablanca driving south to Ifrane and Azrou. We will stop at cedar forest to see the Barbarian Ape in their natural habitat, then continue to Midelt for lunch in a traditional Moroccan restaurant. Later we will be travelling through Ziz Gorges carved through volcanic rock. Our journey continue to Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga where the camels take us to a Berber camp in the middle of Erg Chebbi sand dunes - the highest sand dunes in North Africa.  The camel ride takes about 1hr 30 min to the camp. There you will enjoy the sunset and the silence of the Sahara desert .  After Berber dinner you will enjoy desert night  with traditional Berber drums.


DAY 4 : MERZOUGA - Todgha Gorge - Dades Gorges


Our private Morocco tour continues early morning watching sunrise over the dunes in Merzouga desert. We’ll ride camels back to the village of Merzouga. After breakfast and shower, we’ll visit Rissani, Tinghir and Todgha Gorge – the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch here in the heart of the gorges we’ll drive through the Dades Valley. Overnight accommodation in local riad (traditional Moroccan house) with dinner and breakfast.


DAY 5 : Dades Gorges - AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH


Today we’ll drive through the Dades Valley towards Kalaat M'gouna and Ouarzazate. The route  through Dades Valley is the way of the thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. Then to the roses valley and Skoura village. Continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa”. Lunch is at the famous Ait Benhaddou kasbah, the largest Kasbah in Morocco. After touring this UNESCO matrimonial historical site, our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi ‘n’ tichka pass (2260 m) over the High Atlas Mountains,. We will have time to stop and enjoy impressive views and visit the argan oil cooperative. Our private desert tour continues visiting Marrakech in the late afternoon and overnight in traditional riad (traditional Moroccan house) in the medina.


DAY 6 : MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING


After breakfast in the riad (traditional Moroccan house), you can start exploring Marrakech “the red city of Morocco”. We will ensure that you see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia Palace. After Lunch at a restaurant near the square, you will walk through the souks and view hundreds of handicrafts. On the afternoon, you will have some free time to wonder by yourself the other parts of the city. That will be end of our 6th  day of our private tour from Casablanca.


DAY 7 : TRANSFER TO CASABLANCA AND END OF THE TOUR

On the last day we travel to Casablanca. Our half day sightseeing includes the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque, currently the second largest Mosque in the world and the beautiful Corniche seaside. Take a moment to catch your breath at the end of your Moroccan adventure to admire the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean. Continue on a short drive through the residential areas of Casablanca to the city centre to visit the Mohamed V Square, the Habous quarter and the Notre Dame de Lourdes Cathedral. End of the tour.
