PROGRAM FOR 4 DAY TOUR FROM FES TO DESERT AND MARRAKECH :

DAY 1: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT - MERZOUGA

4 day desert tour from Fes to desert and Marrakech starts today and we drive towards Ifrane ,the Moroccan - Swiss style town. We pass the cedar forest where we may see the Babery apes climbing the trees. We will arrive to Midelt ,the capital of apples,and after lunch in a local restaurant we continue the trip to Erfoud , the city where the festival of dates is held every October. In the afternoon we will arrive to Merzouga desert where we stay overnight in a hotel/riad (traditional Moroccan house).

DAY 2: MERZOUGA – Todgha Gorge – Dades Gorges

Today in the morning we continue our private Morocco tour and we explore the dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will visit a Berber family , and listen to Gnawa music in village of Khamlia. Then we will visit some deserted mines, Berber nomads and oasis of palm trees. For lunch we will head back to Merzouga and then we ride camels to the desert. We will spend the night in desert camp with drums music in the middle of the Sahara. We climb the high dune to watch the sunset over the dunes and we spend the night in desert nomad tents in the middle of the sand dunes.

DAY 3 – MERZOUGA - Todgha Gorge - Dades Gorges

Today we wake up early to watch the sunrise in desert and then we return by camels to the hotel in Merzouga for shower and breakfast. We start our trip towards Ouarzazate, passing Tinjdad, visiting Todgha Gorge, the highest oasis valley gorges in Morocco. We continue to Boumalene Dades where we will visit Dades Gorges and we stay here overnight for dinner and accommodation hotel.

DAY 4 – Dades Gorges – BACK TO MARRAKECH

Today we continue your private Morocco trip to Ouarzazate. We make a visit of Kasbah Taourirte, beautiful kasbah in Ouarzazate. Then we will visit Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou , where we stay for lunch. We continue our trip crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco called Tizni Tichka pass at 2260 meters. It offers impressive views of valleys, mountains and many Berber villages nearby. Arrival in evening to Marrakech and end of 4 day desert tour from Fes to desert and Marrakech.
